Dear John, Adam, family and friends. I first saw John as the host of Silicon Spin where he came off as a serious straight laced tech journalist. On Cranky Geeks, Twit and the beloved tech grouch, his personality that we love him for shined. I got to see John in person doing Twit live at the Brick House in 2012, which was a dream come true for me as a tech journalist and is a memory I will always cherish. It was one of his twit appearances that led me to No Agenda sometime around 2010. And since 2016, I have not missed an episode with John and Adam becoming a mainstay in my car and my headphones. The few times I felt I could add some expertise to a show topic, I emailed John and to my surprise, I would actually get a response. The most recent one had to do with Thoroughbred Racing, an industry I've worked in for decades. His response simply said, well, this was a bit much. I will never know if he was talking about the horse or the length of my note. John will be greatly missed. To his friends and family, thank you for sharing such a great man with the world.
