- 1889 — Producer's Tribute to JCD$250.00
I'm very sorry for the loss of JCD, for you, his family, and frankly, also for ours. Me and my wife have been longtime listeners and weekly donors for over eight years. Never missed an episode. Your show became what watching a Seinfeld episode was before I started listening to No Agenda, a healthy dose of hilarious relativism of life. John's fearless free thinking was like taking Xanax through the years. Calming, a good time, and strangely addictive. Living through COVID in Brooklyn, New York, you guys were a beacon of common sense while everyone around us was going crazy. In Brooklyn especially. During trying times, my thoughts was I can always listen to these guys and check out for a couple of hours. I understand now that I never realized that Beacon one day would not be there anymore. I'm very grateful for all those years. And also very sad, JCD's chair stopped squeaking. Sorry to burst your bubble. With love.
