Dear Adam, Mimi, and the rest of the Dvorak and No Agenda extended family, in honor of the great man himself, I will attempt to be brief. First, I was hit in the mouth by Google Podcasts in November 2020 when in the dark depths of a paranoid winter, I searched COVID conspiracies. There and No Agenda was the top result. I felt the healing effects on my amygdala from the first episode, and this balm later led me to setting up a monthly producer plan despite PayPal apparently deleting all activity prior to 2023. Second, please call out Google Podcasts as a douchebag even though it is bad form to speak ill of the dead no matter how much they deserved it. I finally reached knighthood earlier this year though it has remained unclaimed until today. John and Adam have been my constant companions on my daily 150 mile round trip journey to work these last five years and JCD's irascible, sarcastic, deeply knowledgeable, and always hilarious commentaries were one half of the reasons I would willingly donate 20 every thirty days to a comedy podcast, quote unquote. To say I was surprised by how sad I was upon hearing about JCD's passing is an understatement. To affirm that this is the only podcast I donate to is a measure of how much John and Adam have meant to me over the years. I only wish that my portion of the Value4Value ratio was remotely equal to your side of the equation. Please knight me. Sir, not that John, knight of the sweet old fashioned. I'd like a rack of ribs from Oh Denise and John C. Dvorak's favorite Costco Cabernet Sauvignon at the round table. Please, godspeed, JCD, and blessings to all who loved you.
