Little boots on the ground, I operate field work telecom, small family owned operating splicing company. My wife helps with crew deployment as well as managing our books, all while managing the house and homeschooling our four human resources. I stay in the field with the guys helping hit deadlines among other things. Work is going well and we are truly blessed. We built new fiber to the home networks, maintaining existing fiber and have recently started to dabble in data centers. So far, we have only done some acceptance testing on the fiber network running through most of the Midwest. These networks are being built or upgrading on preparation for the data center traffic. Field work is hiring. We're looking for honest people who are willing to work and learn, preferably someone who has been hit in the mouth. We will provide on the job training and competitive wages located in Central Wisconsin. If interested, visit fieldworkusallc.com. Maybe Linda can send some quality people my way. JCD cannot be replaced, but I like your new Alex Jones guy.
