Thank you for letting me host JCD for our meetups every couple of months since October 2023. I would have started there sooner but I initially believed I need to be a knight to properly host. Boy, was I wrong. I probably could have gotten away with being a douchebag and hosted one. I listened to my first full episode of No Agenda during the episode 1,300 celebration in the middle of COVID and I was instantly converted by all the common sense that was entering my ears. I later met John at my first meetup I ever attended in San Francisco at the New Belgium Brewery on 05/15/2021. After that, attended meetups hosted by Baron Captain Luke in No Agenda, hoping John would return but he never did. I decided to start meetups at the Mallard Club to get him out of the house because I knew John lived somewhere nearby and the rest is history. I'm going to miss waiting for J. C. D. To arrive at these meetups and handing him an envelope. However, I plan to keep these meetups going in John's honor in Albany and Oakland. I'll be always grateful for these gatherings and the friendship I've formed through them. I wish John would have told me he was born in Fresno. I'm pretty sure I told him I went to Fresno State. That conversation can wait until I see him again in heaven. Rest in peace. God bless JCD, the Dvorak family, the rest of the Gitmo Nation.
