Dear John's family and Adam, please accept a donation of $1.98 89, which is $1.88 88 plus fees. We are both shocked and saddened to receive the news and we still can't believe what's happened as John and the show had a big impact on our lives, the way we think about the world. Andrew in particular recounts. My first encounter with John was as a young boy growing up in South Africa, maybe around thirty years ago. I used to read PC Magazine editions borrowed from the public library and despite reading so many, the only thing I can remember from them was that I read an article written by him. I thought his last name was merely a pen name related to the keyboard layout and it was the first time I'd ever seen the word Kafkaesque used. If I recall correctly, he was complaining about something. I found it more real than anything else I'd read. Probably not coincidental, I later learned to appreciate Kafka's work as well. Maybe it has something to do with John's reference. Later on, rediscovering him through the show was an unexpected delight. He touched many people's lives in positive ways, perhaps more than he realized. Thank you for everything and sending you all our strength and love during this sad and difficult time. Tion and Andrew.
